Usually when I'm insulted as a white woman, the phrase "white woman" is not used. Generally speaking, I'll be attacked because I am a woman, and my race will not be specified, since the American ideal of "woman" is racist.

So for Bill Kristol to say, "White women are a problem..."

I have no idea what to make of that.
